First lawyer in Ontario to obtain business disturbance damages in an expropriation case before the Ontario Municipal Board and the Divisional Court.
Cases reported in legal journals for Canada Pension Plan benefits and s.10 Charter rights for a youth before the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
Successful in obtaining a Mandamus Order in the Superior Court of Ontario overturning a committal for trial in the Ontario Court of Justice.
Obtained stays and dismissals of charges on search warrant (Garofoli) Applications and Charter violation Applications.
Conducted numerous successful client appeals in criminal cases before the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
